Q: What level of medical assistance is provided by the Personal Care Assistant (PCA)?

Our PCAs are trained in basic life support and senior care. Their primary role is *non-medical assistance* (mobility help, medication reminders, hygiene assistance, diet supervision). They are not licensed nurses or doctors. For serious medical emergencies, they coordinate immediate transfer to the nearest medical facility, as outlined in our emergency protocol.

Q: Do I need a medical fitness certificate?

Yes, for specific high-altitude or strenuous pilgrimages (like Char Dham or Kailash Mansarovar), a recent *Medical Fitness Certificate* from a certified physician is mandatory. Our standard payment schedule is:

  • *70% Balance Payment* due 15 days before the journey commencement date.

For last-minute bookings (within 15 days), 100% payment is required upfront.

Q: What is the refund policy if I need to cancel my trip?

  • *30+ days before departure:* 90% Refund (10% admin charges).
  • *15-29 days before departure:* 75% Refund.

However, they do include all intra-city/inter-city transport once the package starts (e.g., all transport from Delhi onwards).
