Our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) are trained in *diabetes management, BP monitoring, and medication reminders*. We carry glucose meters, BP monitors, and maintain emergency medical contacts at all destinations. Many of our successful pilgrims have similar health conditions.

Our PCAs are trained in basic life support and senior care. Their primary role is *non-medical assistance* (mobility help, medication reminders, hygiene assistance, diet supervision). They are not licensed nurses or doctors. For serious medical emergencies, they coordinate immediate transfer to the nearest medical facility, as outlined in our emergency protocol.

Yes, for specific high-altitude or strenuous pilgrimages (like Char Dham or Kailash Mansarovar), a recent *Medical Fitness Certificate* from a certified physician is mandatory. For regular, low-altitude trips, while not always mandatory, we highly recommend a brief medical disclosure for better care planning.

We take dietary needs seriously. During the booking process, you can specify:

• Jain, Sattvik, or other religious diet requirements.
• Allergies (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.).
• Medical diets (low salt, low sugar).

Our PCAs coordinate directly with the hotel/kitchen staff to ensure your meals adhere to your requirements.

Our standard payment schedule is:

• *30% Advance Payment* at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• *70% Balance Payment* due 15 days before the journey commencement date.

For last-minute bookings (within 15 days), 100% payment is required upfront.

Our cancellation policy (detailed fully in the Terms and Conditions) is:

• *30+ days before departure:* 90% Refund (10% admin charges).
• *15-29 days before departure:* 75% Refund.
• *Less than 7 days before departure:* No Refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Our standard packages *do not include* the cost of travel to and from your home city (e.g., flights from Mumbai to Delhi for a Char Dham trip). However, they do include all intra-city/inter-city transport once the package starts (e.g., all transport from Delhi onwards). We can, however, arrange and book your main travel legs upon request for an additional service fee.

Our door-to-door service means we arrange transport to pick you up *directly from your home* and drop you back at your home after the pilgrimage. This service is typically included for cities within India and ensures maximum comfort and security for the senior pilgrim from start to finish.

We select 3-star and 4-star hotels that are *senior-friendly*. Key selection criteria include:

• Ground floor rooms or easy elevator access.
• Clean, western-style washrooms with grab bars (where possible).
• Proximity to hospitals or medical facilities.
• Accessibility and low-noise environment.

Yes, all our pilgrimage packages include *basic travel insurance* covering medical emergencies and accidental death during the journey. Customers are always encouraged to purchase supplemental insurance for comprehensive coverage based on their individual needs.

For individual or couples bookings, you get a dedicated PCA. For group bookings, the ratio is typically *1 PCA for every 4-5 senior pilgrims*, ensuring personalized attention while maintaining group security.
